Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand awareness initiatives targeted at automotive car dealers. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support our sales pipeline, customer acquisition, and overall revenue goals. You will work cross-functionally with sales, performance management and product to drive growth across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that align with company goals and sales objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, content, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, performance management, and product teams to create effective messaging, sales enablement tools, and lead nurturing strategies
  • Identify target audiences and create segmented campaigns to drive qualified leads
  • Create a variety of content including white papers, case studies, blog posts, email campaigns, social media copy, video scripts, landing pages, and more
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, product marketers, and sales teams to craft compelling narratives and positioning
  • Manage the editorial calendar to ensure consistent publishing cadence aligned with campaign priorities
  • Oversee content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns/content, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools or tactics
  • Manage budgets and vendors as needed to deliver on marketing goals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful B2B marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, funnel metrics, and marketing attribution
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex topics for business audiences
  • Experience creating content across various formats and channels
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with content marketing and social media for B2B audiences
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects on deadline
  • Experience marketing to automotive dealers is a plus

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus bonus
