Veriff is seeking a driven and results-oriented Associate Account Executive with a strong foundation in sales development and a proven ability to engage and qualify prospects. This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of online identity verification and gain invaluable mid-market sales experience within a rapidly scaling global organization.

You’ll be instrumental in protecting honest individuals online by:

  • Spearheading proactive outbound efforts to identify and qualify new mid-market opportunities through various channels (e.g., cold outreach, networking, targeted campaigns).
  • Conducting thorough initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and business objectives.
  • Effectively articulating Veriff's value proposition and tailoring it to address specific prospect pain points.
  • Leveraging the SPICED framework (Situation, Pain, Impact, Critical Event, Decision) to strategically qualify leads and build compelling business cases.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Actively listening to and understanding customer concerns to collaboratively identify potential solutions.
  • Clearly communicating Veriff’s unique value proposition and demonstrating how it addresses prospect needs.
  • Skillfully negotiating terms and successfully closing deals.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders (legal, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and success.
  • Contributing to team initiatives aimed at continuously improving our sales processes and strategies.

You are the ideal future Veriffian if you possess:

  • A solid understanding of outbound sales development best practices and a passion for generating qualified leads.
  • 1+ years of B2B sales or sales development experience, including demonstrable success in early-stage sales activities (discovery calls).
  • A proven ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • B2B/SaaS sales experience, with a strong understanding of the software sales lifecycle.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of interactions and ensure meticulous follow-through.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • A strong grasp of the SPICED qualification methodology and the ability to apply it effectively in conversations.

Compensation:  

The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 USD per year + commission.  Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law
