Job description

OneIMS Group is seeking a dedicated HubSpot Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth transition and successful implementation of HubSpot tools tailored to their specific business needs.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new HubSpot clients, ensuring they fully understand the platform's capabilities.
Customize HubSpot setups according to clients' business objectives and industry requirements.
Provide ongoing training and support to clients, helping them maximize their use of HubSpot’s features.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Collaborate with various internal teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and client success.
Create and maintain documentation on onboarding processes and guidelines for ongoing improvement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in onboarding or customer success roles, preferably within a b2b environment.
In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
HubSpot Certification in Onboarding or Implementation is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Familiarity with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.
Experience with training and development initiatives.
