Job Summary 

Are you a high-performing B2B sales professional with a passion for education, language, and innovation? Bridge is looking for a Senior Account Executive who thrives in consultative sales, navigates complex decision-making environments, and brings measurable results to the table. 

 

Position: Account Executive Senior
Location: Remote - Based in Chile
Reports to: Sales Team Lead
Start Date: July 2025 
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead Strategic Sales: Engage with HR, L&D, and Procurement leaders to understand their needs and recommend tailored training solutions. 
  • Own the Sales Cycle: From prospecting and needs analysis to presentations, proposals, and contract negotiation, you will manage the full cycle. 
  • Deliver Consultative Value: Create compelling proposals based on business outcomes and ROI. 
  • Close Deals: Manage a strong pipeline and achieve or exceed quarterly targets through smart sales planning and execution. 
  • Coordinate Internally: Ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success for onboarding and long-term client satisfaction. 
  • Mentor & Share Best Practices: Contribute to team learning by sharing strategies, success stories, and tools that improve performance across the team. 

 

What Success Looks Like 

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals 
  • High conversion rate from qualified leads to signed contracts 
  • Strategic accounts closed with long-term potential 
  • Clear documentation of opportunities and updates in CRM 
  • Recognition as a thought partner to clients and an internal sales leader 

 

Requirements

Who You Are 

  • Experienced: 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, L&D, or language services 
  • Consultative: Skilled at diagnosing client needs and offering strategic, value-driven solutions 
  • Goal-Oriented: You thrive on results and know how to organize your work to consistently exceed targets 
  • Excellent Communicator: Fluent in both English and Spanish; exceptional written and verbal skills 
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM platforms (SalesForce), sales engagement tools, and modern communication tools 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience working with multinational clients across LATAM 
  • Knowledge of L&D trends and language training ROI 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs 
  • Proven track record in closing $20K+ annual deals
