Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to manage and grow relationships with key channel partners, focusing on enterprise-level opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring partners are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to drive success in their markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term partnerships with key channel stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of their enterprise customer requirements.
  • Partner with internal departments to create and execute comprehensive sales strategies that focus on acquiring and expanding enterprise accounts via the partner ecosystem.
  • Continuously update product and market knowledge through regular training, ensuring that partners stay informed about the latest solutions and industry developments.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to optimize partner performance and deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for enterprise clients.
  • Guide partners in effectively leveraging marketing tools, resources, and campaigns to accelerate growth and increase enterprise-level revenue.
  • Conduct focused training sessions tailored to channel partners, covering topics such as product positioning, enterprise sales tactics, and value-driven solution delivery.
  • Provide ongoing assistance to partners throughout the entire sales process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and enhancing the likelihood of successful deal closures.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in channel or partner management, preferably with a focus on enterprise solutions or complex sales environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, combined with a results-driven mindset.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the ability to align partner efforts with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and partner management platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
