Fleet Sales Support Coordinator
Remote Working (with monthly paid visit to Bicester) 
Full Time – Monday to Friday – 35hrs
Salary: Paying up to £28,000 pa

Due to continued growth, ROI is looking for a Fleet Sales Support Coordinator to join our Polestar team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of an exciting and well-established global project, providing critical administrative support to the Polestar Global Sales Team.

What Will You Be Doing?

You will be working as part of the Global Sales Team, supporting international markets including Austria, Hungary, and the UK. This is a cross-functional role combining elements of prospecting with administrative and client support.

  • Managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supporting Account Managers by scheduling and setting up client meetings, typically via Microsoft Teams.
  • Attending client meetings to take minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Assisting in the preparation of proposals and offers.
  • Completing Fleet Analysis Reports and post-meeting documentation.
  • Creating and issuing indicative offers, Global CRA’s, Opportunities, and Discounts in Salesforce.
  • Supporting upcoming Tenders through efficient and accurate administration.
  • Conducting research to identify appropriate contacts within a list of target companies.
  • Carrying out outreach primarily via LinkedIn messaging to secure initial meetings for the sales team.
  • Providing post-sale support and ongoing client service tasks in collaboration with Virtual Account Managers.
  • Completing ad-hoc administration tasks as requested by the Virtual Account Managers and Global Fleet Account Managers.
  • Providing a high level of customer service and building effective relationships at all levels.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage your own time effectively.
  • Adaptable, energetic, and solution-focused.
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive, deadline-driven, and highly organised.
  • Good understanding of GDPR and compliance principles.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in the automotive (fleet) industry.
  • Salesforce knowledge.
  • Fluency in an additional European language.
