About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, tech-savvy person to join our Customer Success team. As a Junior Client Solutions Specialist, you’ll help new customers get started with Confluent’s platform, solve problems, and ensure they’re getting real value from our product. You don’t need to be an expert in everything yet — we’ll support you with training and mentorship to grow fast in this role.


What You Will Do:

  • Guide new customers through onboarding and setup
  • Teach customers how to use our product to meet their goals
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams to ensure customer success
  • Help troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate them to the right teams
  • Spot opportunities where customers could get more value from the platform

What You Will Bring:

  • Experience (internships, projects, or jobs) in a technical role like support, consulting, QA, or engineering
  • Interest in cloud technologies, APIs, or data platforms
  • Eager to learn about tools like Apache Kafka, Confluent Cloud, and distributed systems
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with customers, even in informal or part-time roles

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Knowledge of Python, Java, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
