Job Title: Specialist - Sales & Events Operations
Location: Rivera Maya, México
Position: Remote with travelling required (expenses covered)
We seek a Specialist to lead and train the Sales & Events Operations of a hospitality business. The role involves close collaboration with the broader Hotel Operational Services Teams and internal stakeholders within Global Operations. You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer relationship management through system adoption and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide on-property teams through system configurations tailored to their market segment and team dynamics.
Foster efficient business practices to drive customer relationships and revenue growth.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the Sales and Events Systems Manager.
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring meaningful system usage.
Participate in business travel as needed (50%-75%).
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Proven ability to manage training and deployment processes within hotel environments.
Fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing).
Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Experience:
Experience working with Sales platforms such as Envision and Delphi.
Familiarity with hotel sales and events management in Latin America.
Technical Skills:
Sales Platforms: Envision, Delphi (or similar)
Training Materials Development: Slide decks, trainers' notes, video content
Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects
Language Proficiency: English and Spanish
