Head of IT - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage IT operations, including network infrastructure, hardware, software, and cloud services.
• Oversee IT budgets, cost management, and resource allocation.
• Ensure data security, risk management, and disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technological solutions.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance business efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Monitor technological advancements to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to ensure continuous growth and alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in IT strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, network architecture, and cloud computing.
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise software solutions.
