About the Role:
We’re looking for a senior engineering leader to serve as the Director of Engineering and Poland Site Lead, with a dual mandate: to build and scale our engineering presence in Poland and to own critical product and technical initiatives across our products and platforms. In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing a high-performing local team, shaping the site’s identity and culture, and ensuring strong alignment with our broader engineering organization. You’ll also play a key role in driving product execution and technical excellence on some of our most important initiatives. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the intersection of local leadership and global engineering strategy.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
10+ years of experience in high-growth, product-led tech companies, and at least 5 years in engineering leadership roles
Proven success in managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams, with oversight of 20+ engineers and managers
Deep technical background in distributed systems or enterprise SaaS platforms
A hands-on, “do-what-it-takes” attitude with strong ownership and bias for action
Strong business acumen and a data-driven approach to improving engineering operations, team performance, and delivery
Experience building and leading global or remote teams—prior responsibility for launching or growing international offices
Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and ability to work across time zones and cultures
Fluency in English and Polish, both written and verbal
