What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze every facet of our banking products, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities;
Lead exploratory data analysis to deepen our understanding of customer behavior;
Map and optimize the customer journey across lifecycles and touchpoints;
Propose bold new products and initiatives, backed by insights and intuition;
Collaborate with designers and product teams to prototype new customer flows;
Translate complex datasets into clear stories that guide strategic decisions.
What You Need To Succeed:
A love for data — not just crunching it, but listening to what it says;
A strategic mindset that connects the dots between user needs, business goals, and product potential;
Experience in data analysis, especially in product, customer, or lifecycle contexts;
Comfort working with ambiguity and a drive to explore the unknown;
Familiarity with tools like SQL, Python, or notebooks — but more importantly, a sense of purpose when using them;
A desire to co-create, to influence products and decisions beyond the spreadsheet;
Advanced English (written and spoken) for communication with our diverse, multinational team.
