Marketing Specialist Responsibilities 

  • Assist in designing capabilities decks and proposals to support business development.
  • Manage and maintain organic social media channels to enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinate marketing programs (e.g. blog program, industry award submissions, etc.) to ensure timely and effective execution.
  • Maintain and organize a library of templates for RFPs, case studies and other documents.
  • Collaborate with founder to support revenue operations updates using Hubspot.
  • Create and distribute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
  • Manage updates to the website, ensuring regular case study and results updates. 
  • Develop content for blog posts, case studies, or whitepapers to support thought leadership.
  • Develop creative collateral to support all marketing channels and internal and external events, including video content. 
  • Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., designers, printers) for marketing collateral production.
  • Organize and promote events, webinars, or trade shows to boost brand visibility.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Manage paid media opportunities. 
Marketing Specialist Skills & Qualifications
  • Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging marketing materials (e.g., proposals, blog posts, social media posts, videos).
  • Digital Marketing: Proficiency in managing social media platforms, email marketing tools, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools for revenue operations and lead management.
  • Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple marketing programs and vendor relationships.
  • Creative Design: Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visually appealing marketing collateral.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with external audiences.
  • Event Planning: Experience in organizing and promoting events, webinars, or trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
  • Self-Direction: Ability to work autonomously, take initiative on projects, and prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability as a self-starter who can identify opportunities, overcome challenges, and implement solutions independently.

Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Salary ranges for this position are between $80,000 and $90,000 annually. Strange Brew Strategies also offers additional compensation programs such as annual cash bonuses and generous benefits.
