Job description

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Meta & Google Ads Campaign Manager to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms. This role requires a data-driven marketer who can uncover actionable insights, present performance reports clearly, and collaborate effectively across internal and client teams.

The Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, PMAX)
  • 3+ years of Meta Ads experience, including full-funnel strategy and optimization
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate)
  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (pivot tables, custom formulas, data visualization)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; proven success working with US-based clients

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Launch and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including creative testing and audience targeting
  • Analyze campaign data and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Create client-ready performance decks and narratives using Google Slides and Sheets
  • Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, and audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather assets, align on strategy, and communicate performance

The Compensation:

  • ₱55,000 to ₱85,000/month
