LOCATION AND WORK HOURS
The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from any location throughout the Philippines. It is further expected that the successful candidate will provide support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time to align with working hours along the West Coast of the United States.
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY
The Recruiting Coordinator will work with the in-house Recruiter and report to Senior Management.
DUTIES
Maintain candidate database in JazzHR
Source new employees through job search or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn
Screen and guide applicants through company recruitment process
Coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs
Assist with onboarding of new employees
Assist with reconciling employee time and attendance on Paychex
Compose daily recruiting activity reports
Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office
The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
Bachelor’s degree, Latin Honors (cum laude or higher)
At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience
Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites
Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality
Must possess strong work ethic
Must be a team player
