BH Properties is a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States, along with investments in distressed debt and ground leases.  The Company is vertically integrated, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Riverside, Phoenix, Dallas, and Houston, and is able to acquire and close transactions without the need for lengthy due diligence periods.  Our 30-year track-record and balance sheet allow us to move quickly and creatively, structuring acquisitions to satisfy seller needs in a highly competitive market.  Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10M square feet across 18 states.

LOCATION AND WORK HOURS

The ideal candidate will provide virtual support from any location throughout the Philippines.  It is further expected that the successful candidate will provide support from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Pacific Standard Time to align with working hours along the West Coast of the United States. 

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY

The Recruiting Coordinator will work with the in-house Recruiter and report to Senior Management.

DUTIES
  • Maintain candidate database in JazzHR  
  • Source new employees through job search or recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn 
  • Screen and guide applicants through company recruitment process 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to meet recruitment needs 
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees 
  • Assist with reconciling employee time and attendance on Paychex 
  • Compose daily recruiting activity reports 
  • Participate in various other projects and tasks that arise in a fast-paced commercial real estate office 

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree, Latin Honors (cum laude or higher) 
  • At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing or human resources experience 
  • Experience with posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites 
  • Solid organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task  
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook  
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of the organization  
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality 
  • Must possess strong work ethic 
  • Must be a team player ​​​​​​​
