About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Luxury Hospitality Learning Consultant to play a key role in reimagining and elevating the service training experience for a globally recognized luxury hospitality brand. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your deep expertise in the luxury sector and your passion for innovative learning to design and shape impactful instructor-led training programs. You will collaborate closely with our internal creative and learning teams to develop a truly bespoke solution that reflects the sophistication, emotion, and precision inherent in world-class luxury service. This is not your typical training engagement; it's a chance to make a significant impact and set a new standard for service excellence within a premier organization.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage your firsthand experience in luxury hospitality environments to deeply understand the nuances of five-star service, including guest expectations, associate behaviors, and operational intricacies.
• Apply your fluency in modern training methodologies to design immersive, innovative, and emotionally engaging in-person learning experiences focused on service skills.
• Contribute a strong point of view on the current landscape and future trends in service training, identifying both effective practices and areas ripe for disruption and innovation within the luxury context.
• Collaborate closely with our creative team to ensure the training design is visually stunning, emotionally resonant, and aligned with the client's brand aesthetic.
• Partner with our learning team to develop practical and effective training content and delivery strategies that surprise and inspire participants from the outset.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the final training solution is both impactful and sustainable.

Requirements:

• Significant and demonstrable experience working within the luxury hospitality sector (e.g., luxury hotels, resorts, high-end services).
• A deep and nuanced understanding of the principles and practices of exceptional five-star service.
• Proven experience in consulting on designing and developing engaging and effective instructor-led training programs, ideally within a luxury context.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary learning methodologies and the ability to create immersive and interactive learning experiences.
• A forward-thinking perspective on the evolution of service training and a passion for innovation in learning design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
