Regional Sales Manager Wallonia

Your Challenge:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Account Managers and a Customer Project Manager. You will be responsible for implementing the product and portfolio strategy while ensuring that both qualitative and quantitative targets are met.

You excel at identifying and engaging the right target audience—pneumologists, general practitioners, and other medical stakeholders. Additionally, you play a crucial role in anticipating market changes, developing innovative and competitive strategies to drive sustainable growth.

✅ Leadership & Team Development

  • Coach and motivate your team to achieve optimal performance.
  • Apply situational leadership and guide them with a forward-looking vision.
  • Foster an open and proactive "speak-up" culture.

✅ Strategy & Commercial Growth

  • Develop and execute a regional action plan aligned with the corporate strategy.
  • Actively contribute to commercial objectives and increase market share.
  • Gather market insights and translate them into strategic actions.

✅ Relationship Management & Customer Focus

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pneumologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement an innovative omnichannel approach in collaboration with marketing and medical teams.


What You Bring:

✔ At least 5 years of commercial experience and a minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

✔ Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market, preferably within the respiratory segment.

✔ Native-level French with a solid command of English.

✔ Excellent leadership and people management skills.

✔ A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate market changes.
