Lead Developer - Python, Cloud, 7+ years (Remote)

We are on the lookout for a technologist who has worked with multiple technology stacks and has experience architecting and building scalable cloud solutions with Python, FastAPI, Flask or Django, microservices, AWS, or Azure.

About You

People who work for us are comfortable with multiple technologies. They can architect platforms, and build reusable frameworks. They are tech-curious and are able to explore and learn new technologies and technological paradigms. They are able to convert their experience and explorations into innovative solutions.

We expect our ideal candidate to be all of the above. To recap, here’s what we are looking for:

• 7+ years of experience working on products or projects that have gone to production
• Solid expertise and experience in Python, and comfortable with Flask and microservices
• Expertise in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google App Engine, Docker)
• Expertise with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, Mongo, ElasticSearch, Redis)
• Coding chops to support mobile and web clients with robust and fast APIs
• Chatbot, GenAI, and Machine Learning experience will be a plus

• Hands-on Coding, Code reviews, and Problem-solving
• Consulting and providing technology guidance to customers
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for business users
• Leading project teams
• Coaching and Mentoring junior developers

The job is for a full-time position. You can opt to work in Pune (with access to our office) or remotely.
