Job description

At Evotec, we are looking for a highly motivated and digitally-savvy

Global Learning Specialist (all genders)

Full-time and permanent

Responsibilities:

EVOacademy & Learning Content Management

  • Manage scheduling and enrolments in EVOacademy for colleagues across departments
  • Upload learning content to the platform and provide support to content creators
  • Administer the Easygenerator tool, including licensing, invoicing, and vendor coordination
  • Collaborate with HRIS to generate and download training completion reports

Learning Content Creation & Support

  • Support content creators in using digital learning tools (e.g. Easygenerator)
  • Assist in developing and uploading content for various teams and departments
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and the learning experience

Project Management & Vendor Coordination

  • Support internal projects within the Talent Management & Organizational Development (TMOD) team
  • Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for TMOD initiatives
  • Liaise with external learning consultants and vendors
  • Handle invoicing through Coupa and coordinate with the finance team

Communication & Promotion of L&D Activities

  • Coordinate and promote People Learning & Development initiatives (e.g. via EVOconnect)
  • Schedule sessions and send invitations
  • Promote and track progress of EVOgrow programs

Performance Appraisal & Feedback Support

  • Support the performance appraisal process through communication and training
  • Ensure smooth execution of feedback sessions and leadership goal-setting activities

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on training progress, completion rates, and the impact of L&D programs
  • Provide analytics to support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in Learning & Development, Project Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience with learning platforms, digital content creation, and HRIS (e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Familiarity with content tools such as Easygenerator is highly desirable
  • Passion for learning and development, with a demonstrated growth mindset
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve learning efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing vendors and external consultants
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
  • A "growth mindset" with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Digitally savvy and comfortable exploring new technologies and AI tools that can improve productivity and learning outcomes.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with learning content creation tools such as Easygenerator.
  • Experience in managing global training schedules and coordinating with international teams.
