We are offering you to join our team as an HL/OOG Specialist (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Kazakhstan!

Main responsibilities:

Technical Solutions & Project Planning:
Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics, including route surveys, lifting plans, and cargo securing strategies.
Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
Supplier & Sub-Contractor Management:
Establish and maintain partnerships with key sub-contractors and service providers for project execution.
Negotiate terms, manage performance, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Route and Transport Mode Selection:
Evaluate and select the most suitable routes and modes of transport (road, rail, sea, or air) based on cargo specifications, cost-efficiency, and safety considerations.
Perform route surveys to assess any potential obstacles or limitations and ensure safe passage of cargo.

Use of Technology and Software: Utilize specialized logistics and project management software to plan, track, and optimize cargo movements. Maintain accurate records of shipments, project documentation, and communication logs.
Business Development & Client Relationship Management:
Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and value-added solutions.

Experience of working with multinational teams and managing complex logistics projects.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Preference to the candidates with own Customer portfolio.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
