Job Details

  • Strategic Inventory Monitoring: Continuously monitors stock levels of all medications and medical supplies, anticipating needs and preventing shortages or overstocking.
  • Effective Stakeholder Communication: Liaises with internal departments (e.g., medical staff, administration) and external suppliers (excluding direct purchasing) to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Optimal Material Utilization: Implements strategies to ensure proper handling and utilization of all medications and medical supplies, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Adherence to Storage Standards: Maintains excellent storage practices for all items, ensuring compliance with regulations and manufacturer guidelines to preserve quality.
  • Comprehensive Reporting & Forecasting: Generates detailed reports on inventory, consumption patterns, and potential issues to facilitate accurate forecasting and informed decision-making.
  • Continuous Quality Enhancement: Identifies areas for improvement in medical store processes and implements changes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality.
  • Management of Goods Receipt: Oversees & Handles the accurate receipt and inspection of all incoming medications and medical supplies, ensuring proper documentation and storage.
  • Internal Stock Distribution: Manages the internal distribution of medications and medical supplies to various departments within the facility as required.
  • Regulatory Compliance Oversight: Ensures all medical store operations adhere to relevant pharmaceutical regulations and internal policies related to stock management and handling.
  • System Maintenance & Improvement: Oversees the maintenance of inventory management systems and identifies opportunities for system upgrades or process enhancements.
  • Comply with assigned tasks: execute and accomplish any assigned tasks that comply with his/her qualifications and scope of work.

Radiation Therapist Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
