The Sales Account Representative's role is to oversee the processes and relationships for the successful sale and implementation of material handling systems. System Sales Engineers will work with a select group of predetermined accounts and actively develop new partnerships. Works closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Project Engineering, Installation and Project Management teams. Primary liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to the customer needs.

The primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
Helping customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solution proposals according to customer needs and objectives
Communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Forecasting and tracking key account metrics utilizing our CRM system
Responsible for working with internal cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
Working with cross-functional teams to drive proposal generation
What You’ll Need…
5+ years of Sales or Account Management experience preferred
Strong customer service and listening skills required
Extensive experience delivering integrated material handling systems
Detail oriented mindset capable of striving for 100% quote accuracy and customer satisfaction
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with both coworkers and customers
Strong leadership skills with ability to lead a team
Mechanical, Software and Electrical understanding
Requires theoretical knowledge in suitable mechanical, software and electrical systems that represent the current product offerings. This can come from an applicable degree and field of study or work-related experience.
Demonstrated ability to understand principals involved in conveyor systems and other material handling system technologies; also, to understand the supporting electrical and control systems
Key ability is to synthesize new and unique applications of current product line to meet customer requirements in new ways and to provide direction on development of new product offerings driven by customer demand
