Make an Impact by
Assist in developing solutions and organizing, planning, creating & delivering compelling proof of concept demonstrations.
Support Business Managers for new leads on sales preaching.
Working closely with Business Managers to ensure the successful closure of the sales process.
Co-ordinate customers with platform vendor, IT & Network teams on customer onboarding, plan creation, platform & network changes.
Provide after sales technical support including change requests. Understand customers’ needs and pain points to address the queries and provide suggestions or solutions.
Handling customer complaints on technical aspects and perform high level troubleshooting before escalating to network operations.
Skills For Success
Degree in IT technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Min 3-4 years of experience in a pre-sales environment
Comfortable with numbers
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PPT, Excel)
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong in problem solving, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
