About the job:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Principal Analytics Engineer to lead our North American Palantir practice and drive the growth of our specialized team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of data and AI solutions tailored to the unique needs of our financial services clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and intuitive Data and Gen AI workflows that enhance our clients’ operational capabilities and drive business success. In this role, you will interact with Clients, Business Analysts, and Engineers, performing the crucial task of analyzing and validating business requirements and translating them into detailed data and analytics solutions.

About the Role:

  • Drive Data Solutions: Lead the end-to-end delivery of robust, efficient data and AI solutions on Palantir platforms, ensuring they meet client objectives and industry standards.
  • Client Engagement & Credibility: Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding complex business needs, proposing strategic data approaches, and showcasing tangible results to expand client relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and prospective clients, collaborating with sales and executive teams to create compelling proposals and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and oversee a high-performing Palantir-focused team, cultivating a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and successful outcomes.

About You:

  • Palantir & Tech Skills: Hands-on expertise in Palantir Foundry strong proficiency with all components of the platform.
  • Business Acumen: Track record in client-facing roles and business development, demonstrating the ability to articulate ROI-driven solutions and generate new opportunities.
  • Engineering Culture & Ways of Working: Commitment to fostering a robust engineering culture centered on best practices, modern methodologies, and continuous improvement.
  • Team Building & Focus on Impact: Proven ability to assemble and guide high-performing teams that consistently deliver impactful, data-driven solutions.

It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with LLMs and LangChain
  • Experience with client-facing integration, implementation engineering, or solution architecture roles in B2B software product companies.
  • Knowledge of financial services and/or insurance industries.
  • Front-end development experience, including TypeScript/JavaScript, and low-code tools.
