This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a strong understanding of HR processes, and is passionate about supporting employees throughout the entire lifecycle.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.

– Manage HR compliance, keeping up to date with relevant labor laws and internal policies

– Foster positive employee relations and support team dynamics across departments

– Lead performance management processes, including reviews, feedback, and development planning

– Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including benefits enrollment and administration

– Oversee payroll processing and tax reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance with local regulations

– 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar broad HR role

– Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation, and advancement

– Proven ability to manage challenging situations such as terminations, layoffs, and workplace conflict with professionalism and discretion

– A proactive, flexible mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
