Are you passionate and curious about server architecture? Bizzabo is currently seeking a Back-End Developer to join our fantastic engineering team. Our architecture is built upon a micro-services based model, utilizing cloud infrastructure and orchestrated by Kubernetes. The backend services are written in Kotlin and Java using the Spring Boot framework. We rely on MySQL and Elasticsearch as our data stores, while leveraging Redis for high-performance data storage. We utilize Kafka for event streaming and Temporal for workflow orchestration within our system.

WHAT YOU HAVE

5+ years of hands-on experience in server-side development.
Proven experience with Java (Kotlin is an advantage).
Familiarity with Spring Boot or the Spring framework.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
Experience with cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes.
Experience working with event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
Proven record in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale distributed systems.
Ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
Computer science degree from a leading institute or equivalent experience
