THE ROLE

The EdTech Consultant will play a pivotal role in expanding Matific’s presence in Vietnam by building strong relationships with both partners and clients. This individual will work closely with company leadership to ensure the successful rollout of our go-to-market strategy, aligning execution with business goals. A smart, talented and growth-mindset is essential, enabling the Consultant to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and tailor solutions effectively. This is a high-impact role with significant potential for growth, including the opportunity to lead Matific’s future team in Vietnam as the business scales.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Analyze Client & Partner Needs: Understand the business needs and goals of key clients & partners and develop strategies to meet these goals.
  • Strong Execution of Strategic Plans: Implement business development strategies to achieve go to market goals, targets and expand the company's partnership and customer base.
  • Resolve Issues: Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts with partners and customer accounts to ensure partnership satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with content, product, marketing, delivery and operation teams to align on growth and expansion efforts.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  • Report to Senior Management: Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and successes to senior management.
  • National Travel as required for meetings, conferences and events.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Native Vietnamese and excellent English required
  • Experience: 2+ years of result-driven, strong execution of go-to-market strategies focusing on partnership growth.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, thought leadership, relationship-building, well organised, reliable, time management, business and commercial acumen.
  • Competencies: Relationship builder, Problem solver, strong execution, growth mindset, excellent interpersonal, communication, consultative approach, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Education and/or EdTech desirable. Searching for a quick learner demonstrating success in driving strong growth results.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree desirable.
