The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How You Will CELLebrate
Organize interdisciplinary exchange with other departments
Arrange regular meetings for alignment and knowledge transfer with component representatives and project management
Condense information and arrange effectful reporting to project management organization, departments heads and board
Work actively on cell component selection, evaluation and selection for series development projects
Organize and supervise execution of experiments for component qualification
Support our colleagues in operations in new material processing and trouble shooting
What You Need For Our CELLebration
University degree e.g., in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, process engineering or comparable qualification
Professional experience in the field of Lithium-ion battery technology
Good project management skills
Ability to manage complex technical tasks with the team within the project timeline
Knowledge to apply problem solving methodology like 8D
Englisch language min. C1 level
