The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.

How You Will CELLebrate

Department Lead “Project planning & performance monitoring” with responsibility for world-wide industrialization projects
Guiding & Steering of all Operations industrialization projects on time, on cost, on specification and on quality
Planning and performance monitoring together with regional project leads of all Operations industrialization projects
Representing the Project within the PowerCo & Operations committee structure in the HQ
Reporting status and escalation of deviations for all industrialization projects

What You Need For Our CELLebration

University degree or comparable education in science or techn. field
Profound professional experience, preferable in Project Management within Operations
Strong leadership skills to steer a matrix organization multidisciplinary
Profound experience in leading large scale project organizations in context of Operations
Self-initiative, analytic, systematic, team player, networker within a matrix organization
Willing to travel to the regional locations (NA, Asia, EU)
