About The Role

We are looking for a Dealer Business Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with GWM-authorised dealerships, ensuring they meet sales targets, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, providing sales and marketing support
  • Analyse market trends and dealership performance to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and enhance dealer compliance with company policies and standards
  • Manage dealer incentives, bonuses, and promotions to maximise results
  • Work collaboratively with dealerships to resolve challenges and enhance the customer experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the automotive industry or dealership sales operations
  • Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor insights
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
