Position Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that Internal Legal is compliant with Legal Recovery SOPs/Manual from data/document exchange standpoint and minimizes data/document discrepancies between the system of record (PRANet) and the case management system (QLaw) by creating reports to monitor the discrepancies.Key Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison between Internal Legal and External Legal Firm Management team to ensure Internal Legal is set up to meet expectations from the data exchange standpoint
Builds monitoring to proactively identify synchronization issues amongst QLaw, PRANet and legal placement communication channel (LP) in relation to Pcodes, dates, documents, balances etc.,
Implements remediation plan(s) for the key identified buckets that capture data mismatch in collaboration with audit and operations teams
Ensures that temp hardship, overpayment and other compliance related needs coming from PRANet are well communicated to and acted upon by QLaw
Manages day-to-day operations of the Inventory Management team by guiding/coaching them in organizing, reporting and resolving the underlying key issues
Acts as the QLaw point of contact for all data synchronization monitoring and reporting issues
Establishes and drives project governance structure to ensure that key priority items are defined, tracked, and/or addressed/escalated in timely manner
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall direction, development, coordination, and evaluation of employees in accordance with policies and applicable laws
Interviews, trains, and appraises employees, plans, assigns/directs work and resolves issues
Available to assist employees during PRA hours of operation
Professional Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management required.
Masters Degree is preferred.
3-5 Years in Inventory Management Experience
3-5 Years in People Leadership Experience
Possess/acquire deep knowledge of both QLaw and PRAnet systems
Preferred Legal background
People leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to give presentations and ensure the flow of information up and down the chain of authority
Ability to define problems, organize and collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at multiple levels
Salary Range:
$51,000.00 - $77,000.00PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
