About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Dutch to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position based in Porto, Portugal, ideal for local candidates. You will handle customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and general support via multiple communication channels (email, chat, and phone).
  • Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level).
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Availability to work flexible and rotative shifts.
  • Residing in Porto or nearby areas.
