As an Appointment Setter you will be responsible for driving the business growth by cold calling potential clients from a list provided to discover when their contracts with other companies are up for renewal, as well as setting up meetings between potential clients and the sales team by executing a comprehensive 9-step contact plan.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients from a list provided to gather information about contract renewal dates.
  • Set meetings between potential clients and the sales team to discuss opportunities for collaboration.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to manage and track interactions with potential clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to validate and verify information on the provided lists.
  • Execute a 9-step contact plan, including phone calls, voicemail, emails, and direct mail, as outlined in our campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging potential clients and nurturing leads.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for meetings set and leads generated.
  • Follow up and complete activity metrics.
  • Use the CRM to track all activity and follow up.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Standard time: 8:00-17:00 Mexico City time

Daylight saving: 9:00-18:00 Mexico City time
