Job Activities
First point of contact with customers via phone, email, and their software.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
Prepare product or service reports as needed.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure the resolution
Data entry in various platforms
Answer questions about properties and terms and clear communication
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to management
Schedule
Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 17:00 CST MX with a 30-minute break
Daylight saving: 7:30 to 16:00 with a 30-minute break
