The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will provide a high level of customer service while assisting clients with maintenance requests and answering general accounting questions over the phone, chat, and email.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Receive a high volume of incoming calls (50-70 calls per day)
  • Take detailed messages and enter notes in the system.
  • Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
  • Understand and act following relevant Standard Operation Procedures.
  • Return all phone calls following company policy.
  • Perform any other task necessary for a smooth operation.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Regular: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm CST
  • Daylight savings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST

NOTE: if selected, you must attend the GDL or CDMX offices on your first day.
