The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE will provide a high level of customer service while assisting clients with maintenance requests and answering general accounting questions over the phone, chat, and email.
Essential Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of incoming calls (50-70 calls per day)
Take detailed messages and enter notes in the system.
Listen to voicemails and process them appropriately.
Understand and act following relevant Standard Operation Procedures.
Return all phone calls following company policy.
Perform any other task necessary for a smooth operation.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Regular: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm CST
Daylight savings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm CST
NOTE: if selected, you must attend the GDL or CDMX offices on your first day.
