About Our Client

Since 2001, they've managed hundreds of homeowners' associations in the vibrant states of Texas and Arizona.
We're looking for a Bookkeeper to provide support in the following activities:
Record journal entries and other transactions in the appropriate client’s books
Prepare financial reports on a monthly basis.
Compile necessary information and documents to provide to association accountants to help prepare state and federal filings.
Post payments to client accounts.
Onboard new clients through setting up accounting systems, inputting financial data, and creating initial financial reports.
Answer questions on technical accounting tasks and escalated financial/bookkeeping issues.
Complete homeowner write-offs and write-off projects in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Regular schedule: 8:00 to 17:00
Daylight Saving: 7:00 to 17:00
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day.
