Our client is a fully accredited homeowner and condominium association management company committed to excellence in the management of communities.


Activities

  • Day-to-day management of all communities.
  • Handle questions and concerns submitted by homeowners by email, phone, text, or through our website/app.
  • Coordinate routine maintenance with vendors and contractors.
  • Contact vendors to obtain quotes/proposals.
  • Process work orders in the system.
  • Coding and approving invoices.
  • Process and handle complaints from homeowners.
  • Prepare and send communication, violation letters, and notices to residents by email, mail, and text.
  • Handle projects and tasks from the Board of Directors.
  • Attend Board, Annual & Budget meetings
  • Prepare reports.


Schedule

  • Monday to Friday (with the flexibility to attend board meetings after regular business hours)
  • Standard time: 8:00 to 17:00 Mexico City time
  • Daylight Saving 7:00 to 16:00 Mexico City time

This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our Mexico City or GDL offices on the first day.

Requirements

  • Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or similar is preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a Property Manager, Community Manager or similar position.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Able to multitask, work independently and work as a team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • CMCA Certification is a plus
  • Have full availability to attend board meetings and/or emergency calls after regular business hours.
