Our Client

A professional homeowners association management company in Texas and Arizona. Specializing in providing comprehensive services to single-family communities, aiming to streamline HOA operations and enhance community living experiences.

Activities

Collaborate with subject matter experts across various roles to gather key knowledge and insights.
Create and format content, such as articles and videos, for our LMS.
Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.
Update and refine content based on feedback and new information.
Work with the Learning and Development team to align content with training objectives.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Standard time: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST Mexico City time.
Daylight saving: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST Mexico City time.

This is a remote position, but you'll be required to visit the CDMX or GDL office on the first day.

Requirements

Advanced English (Strong communication skills in writing and speaking).
Bachelor's degree in Education or similar.
Experience in training, corporate training, adult learning, or instructional design.
Proficiency in Adobe Pro Suite (especially After Effects, Premiere, Audition).
Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills — ability to turn ideas into engaging visuals.
Strong storytelling skills.
Familiarity with different learning methodologies and approaches.
Ability to take complex ideas and turn them into understandable, creative content.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
