Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend services and ensuring their seamless integration with front-end components. Your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

• Backend Development
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs.
• Build scalable and secure back-end systems using .NET Core 7.0+.
• Develop microservices-based architectures and reusable components.
• Write clean, maintainable code using object-oriented principles and design patterns.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services to support business processes.
• Database Management
• Design and optimize schemas using MS SQL Server.
• Analyze system requirements to ensure database structure supports current/future needs.
• Collaborate with data teams on mining, segmentation, and visualization tasks.
• Collaboration & Cross-functional Work
• Work closely with frontend developers, architects, product managers, and QA teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across the application stack.
• Conduct performance testing and support to optimize backend systems.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Backend Developer using C# and .NET Core 7.0+.
• Strong skills in SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience in microservices and distributed architectures.
• Proficient with REST APIs and backend integration methods.
• Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and scalability principles.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.

• Experience implementing rule engines.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of concurrency and multithreading.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD tools.
