JOB OVERVIEW : BlitzenX is seeking a seasoned Business Architect with deep expertise in insurance technology to lead the strategic alignment of business and technical capabilities for our Guidewire implementation and legacy system transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the design and execution of enterprise data migration, integration, and architecture strategies, with a focus on scalable, future-proof solutions that meet both technical and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the definition of end-to-end data migration and integration architecture between legacy platforms and Guidewire systems.
Develop enterprise-level business architecture documentation that captures data flow, entity relationships, and integration frameworks.
Oversee mapping of data between legacy systems and Guidewire, ensuring consistency, quality, and business rule alignment.
Define and validate data transformation, cleansing, and enrichment rules in collaboration with ETL and solution architects.
Review and approve extensions to the Guidewire data model, entity designs, and reference data structures.
Maintain the enterprise Technical Roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and product evolution.
Perform data profiling and quality assessments to identify anomalies, gaps, and risks in source data.
Provide leadership in validating end-to-end test strategies, data reconciliation processes, and integration test coverage.
Serve as a strategic advisor to both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring architectural decisions are business-aligned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business analysis, architecture, or solution design within the insurance or financial services domain.
Deep knowledge of Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter) and associated data models.
Strong command of insurance domain structures including policies, coverages, risks, and transactions.
Proven experience designing and executing large-scale data migrations and system integrations.
Expertise in relational data models, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Hands-on experience with SQL and data profiling tools.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-functional, and global delivery environment.
