We are seeking a Employee Engagement and Performance Manager to join our fintech product company Paysera. Employee Engagement and Performance Manager will be primarily responsible for improving our approach to a resource management, fostering a positive working environment, and promoting effective people management practices.
Your key responsibilities:
Facilitate the continued development and definition of Employee Engagement and Performance management department, including process development, technology solutions, and a skillset/talent management system;
Liaise with delivery managers to understand their resource needs and development plans;
Advocate for employee needs and work towards improving employee experiences;
Monitor and report on employee performance, engagement levels, and team morale;
Coordinate with human resources and hiring managers to ensure recruitment activities align with resource planning and forecasts;
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement;
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
Establish and implement effective people management practices that promote employee engagement, career development, and work-life balance;
Communicate and ensure understanding of company goals, values, and strategic objectives among team members;
Resolve team conflicts and issues efficiently and ensure effective collaboration among team members;
Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we're looking for:
Education background in Management
Experience in managerial IT roles ( ex. Project Manager, Team Lead, Scrum Master etc);
Excellent understanding of effective people management practices and agile principles;
Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence team members for optimal performance;
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to foster a positive and engaging work environment;
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Level of spoken and written English at least Upper Intermediate (B2) and higher;
Proficiency in using HRIS and performance management systems;
Understanding in performance indicators of 2nd line support;
Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
