Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
Design and implement the talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments together with our senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
Drive data and system led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors) and Visualization platforms like PowerBI
Your Qualifications
University degree in business administration or psychology
Many years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational HR management (focus on Talent Management), preferably within an international matrix organization
Deep knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, succession planning and performance management, as well as project management and (lateral) leadership expierence
Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, profound understanding for intercultural complexities
Fluent German and English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
