Job description

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the global talent management practices and tools
  • Provide strategic consulting to our internal stakeholders while continuously deepening your expertise within best talent practices, tools, and capabilities in alignment of PALFINGER’s long-term strategy
  • Design and implement the talent reviews framework, calibrations & assessments together with our senior leadership, HR teams, and department heads
  • Drive data and system led measurement mechanisms (reporting and KPIs)
  • Support the integration of the Talent Management tools and processes into our HRIS (Success Factors) and Visualization platforms like PowerBI

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration or psychology
  • Many years of relevant work experience in strategic and operational HR management (focus on Talent Management), preferably within an international matrix organization
  • Deep knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, succession planning and performance management, as well as project management and (lateral) leadership expierence
  • Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, profound understanding for intercultural complexities
  • Fluent German and English skills

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
