Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to our audience.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials, including emails, brochures, and newsletters.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies for effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the insurance industry (preferred but not required).
