Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content tailored to our audience.
Design and distribute marketing materials, including emails, brochures, and newsletters.
Track and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies for effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Plan and execute local events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in the insurance industry (preferred but not required).
