As a manager Product Change Manager (PCM), for Tate`s Bake Shop you will lead cross-functional project teams to bring bold ideas to market faster and better – from innovative consumer-focused new bakes to smarter productivity solutions, managing projects across a portfolio of $300MM - $500MM in Gross Revenue with 5% annual productivity and 15% annual growth.

 

In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and Tate`s commercialization portfolio – ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and fully ready to launch. You will operate at the intersection of agility and discipline, helping Tate`s scale with speed while upholding excellence in project delivery and playing as a critical partner in enhancing portfolio governance and the I2M framework.

 

 

How you will contribute

As a people leader and PCM expert, you will:

  •  Manage Tate`s Bake Shop project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategy and flawless execution across the pipeline.

  • Establish and lead strong governance practices, overseeing project timelines, risk management, resource planning, and performance reporting.

  • Collaborate across functions – Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Quality and external partners – to bring ideas to life with excellence and speed.

  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading Leadership Team stakeholder meetings.

  • Coach and develop a high-performing PCM team, helping to build executional capability and agility as the business continues to scale.

  • Partner with the NAV PCM Senior Manager to assess opportunities for improvement and provide hands-on support in the development and roll out of the Ventures I2M framework.

  • Support the growth of project management culture within the organization, modeling structured, collaborative, and forward-looking ways of working.

  • Champion continuous improvement, identifying and implementing practical solutions to enhance project delivery and portfolio visibility.

 

What you will bring

  • Deep knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies including project planning, critical path identification, risk assessment, and resource allocation.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across various workstreams, while ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.

  • Strong experience in cross-functional project and portfolio management within CPG or similar fast-paced industry.

  • Proven experience in project management methodology and tools.

  • Experience establishing and running governance routines, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, transparent decision-making, and data integrity.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and capable of driving effective discussions with project resources, from tactical execution level up to steering committee members.

  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process enhancements that improve project efficiency, cycle time, and quality.

  • A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and ability to operate with agility in a growth-focused entrepreneurial environment.

 

 

What extra ingredients you will need:

  • Bachelor`s degree required (preferred fields: Engineering, Business, Food Science).

  • 6+ years of experience in project management, commercialization, or operations.

  • Experience in project portfolio governance or I2M framework implementation.

  • People management experience preferred.

  • CPG experience is a plus.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

You will be both a portfolio leader and a partner in system evolutions, helping enhance the project management capability across the Ventures organization. The base salary range for this position is $106,300 to $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
