Essential Functions
Conduct 120+ outbound phone calls daily to patients eligible for a Care Management program, educating and enrolling them in the program.
Engage with patients over the phone to identify how Care Management can benefit them and clearly communicate the value it can provide.
Answer inbound phone calls, addressing any questions or concerns with professionalism and care.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production quotas.
Required Education, Experience, And Competencies
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
Strong sales and/or customer service experience.
Minimum one-year call center experience, healthcare setting preferred.
Must have a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
Energetic and approachable personality.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and quota-driven environment.
Proven experience meeting or exceeding goals in a call center and/ or sales environment.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
