Job Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and maintain features for both our recruiter dashboard (Voxhire) and candidate platform (VoxTalent). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer to gain hands-on experience with modern web technologies and AI integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop user interfaces for web applications using React and related technologies
• Implement backend APIs and services using Node.js
• Integrate AI components with our frontend and backend systems
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with team members to design and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews and testing procedures
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack
• Contribute to improving application performance and user experience

Requirements

• 0-1 years of professional development experience
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React and modern frontend development
• Familiarity with Node.js and backend development
• Basic understanding of RESTful APIs and database concepts
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, Express.js, or MongoDB
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and integration
• Previous project experience (personal, academic, or professional)
