As our Infused Management Analyst you will perform account reviews for revenue recovery and process improvement. This position requires an analytical mindset, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive innovation in revenue cycle management to drive revenue results. 

Here's what you will experience working as an Infused Management Analyst:

  • Challenge current state processes and seek opportunities to drive revenue cycle improvements.

  • Proactively partner directly with client revenue cycle leadership to collaborate on improvement opportunities and coordinate resolution with internal R1 teams as needed.

  • Demonstrate an ability to gain buy-in and drive change across multiple departments.

  • Organized and analytical self-starter with strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to self-direct, multi-task and complete tasks/projects on time.

  • Strong communicator both verbal and written.

  • Coordinate/track/follow up on outstanding account issues requiring resolution.

  • Analyze denial trends and patterns to reduce inflow. 

  • Produce detailed opportunities and presentations where appropriate to communicate findings and recommendations. 

  • Domestic travel for training may be needed.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations (i.e. revenue cycle denials management and revenue cycle process improvement.

  • Microsoft Office Suite experience necessary with previous experience creating PowerPoint presentations and advanced Excel and Power BI preferred. 

  • Knowledge of Cerner EMR and Invision TPX system preferred.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $45,011.00 - $63,466.20 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
