Position Overview:

RevInfinity is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CRM Migration Consultant to join our remote team. This role specifically focuses on migrating CRM data from HubSpot to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data migration, CRM integrations, and system optimization. Initially, the position offers 10 flexible hours per week, with the potential to expand based on project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • HubSpot to Salesforce Data Migration: Lead and manage the migration of CRM data from HubSpot to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and data integrity throughout the process.
  • Data Mapping & Transformation: Map and transform data from HubSpot into the Salesforce format, ensuring the seamless transfer of information between systems.
  • System Configuration & Integration: Configure Salesforce to align with client needs, integrating it with other business tools and ensuring the system supports sales, marketing, and customer success teams effectively.
  • Automation Setup: Set up automated workflows in Salesforce to streamline sales and marketing processes, integrating with existing client workflows.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform comprehensive testing during the migration process, troubleshooting any issues that arise to ensure the data transfer is flawless.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to clients and internal teams, ensuring they maximize the use of Salesforce after the migration.
  • Optimization & Recommendations: Continuously monitor the CRM system, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing Salesforce for client needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document the migration process, providing detailed reports on data accuracy, migration challenges, and performance improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in migrating data from HubSpot to Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of both HubSpot and Salesforce platforms, including CRM data structure, system configuration, and automation features.
  • Expertise in data mapping, data transformation, and integration tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM migration challenges.
  • Experience with Salesforce configuration, customizations, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical teams and clients.
