The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating placements for Registered Nurses (RNs) and other healthcare professionals across the United States. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the U.S. healthcare staffing market.

This position is remote; hence it offers you the flexibility of working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates (primarily RNs but also allied health professionals and support staff) through various channels including job boards, social media, internal database, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen applicants through phone interviews to assess qualifications, experience, availability, and fit for specific roles.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates to support ongoing staffing needs.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, facility preferences, and placement criteria.
• Schedule and assist with interviews, credentialing, and compliance documentation as required by healthcare facilities.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions, submissions, and status updates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay up to date on licensing requirements, state regulations, and industry trends relevant to U.S. healthcare staffing.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience in the U.S. market, preferably with a focus on RNs and/or allied health.
• Proven ability to source and place healthcare professionals in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of licensing and credentialing processes for nurses and allied health roles will be advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards (e.g., Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster), and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Service Fee:

Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.

Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9 AM to 6 PM EST (Flexible)
