Hunter Shafiz Lawyers is offering a remote Practical Legal Training (PLT) placement opportunity for eligible PLT students (preferably Juris Doctor candidates) based in New South Wales. This is an unpaid position, with a commitment of up to two days per week for a total of 15 days.
During your placement, you will gain hands-on legal experience and be assessed on your practical legal skills. You will be actively involved in real legal matters and supported by experienced practitioners.

About You
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent written and spoken English
A second language is desirable but not required
Familiarity with LEAP software is an advantage
Important: Our firm uses LEAP legal software, which is not compatible with MacBooks. Applicants with Windows-based laptops will be preferred.
