Job description

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and service-focused Agent Services Coordinator to provide virtual support for Keller Williams (KW) real estate offices. This role is central to delivering a consistent and positive onboarding experience for new agents and ensuring smooth operations across agent-facing services. You’ll serve as the remote connection between the office team and its agents—helping with onboarding, technology setup, training coordination, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in onboarding new agents by guiding them through checklists, technology systems, and resources.
  • Maintain agent rosters, internal directories, and digital files.
  • Support agent inquiries related to KW platforms and tools.
  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, event coordination, data entry, and reporting.
  • Assist with internal and external event promotion and virtual meeting support.
  • Update office intranet, newsletters, and social media platforms (Canva and scheduling tools).
  • Track agent milestones and coordinate welcome communications and training reminders.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of KW culture, tools, and agent success programs to guide agents effectively.
  • Act as a liaison between agents and the Market Center leadership team to ensure agent satisfaction and smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support, customer service, or real estate coordination (KW experience is a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.).
  • Experience using design or social media tools (Canva preferred).
  • Ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., KW Command, KW Intranet, Top Producer, CRM systems).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to manage tasks independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented remote environment.
  • Stable internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps) and a reliable home workstation.
